Seems to me Bernard Purdie overdubbed additional drums on the U.S. release of The Beatles "Polydor Sessions." I heard he later claimed to have overdubbed drums on subsequent Beatles tracks as well.
well you never know. unfortuneatly none of these guys kept tabs on what & who they recorded for.
