an amazing find! i have a big collection/archive of (partly rotten) indian 7inch. but i´ve never heard of thisone. maybe you´ve heard about the catalogues of EMI India which have all been burned, so there are many, especially 7inch, that noone knows anything of anymore. even EMI themselves. if you are willing to sell this copy, it would be a pleasure for me to pay you a good price. if not, i have smth to look for for the next years :)
