Here's the first Poppy Family 45 "Beyond The Clouds". I was talking to Ed Lasko( a Collector , up in Vancouver) , He mentioned that the deal with London Records is that you had to come up with $500 to put your record out. His band"The Misty Deep" passed on the offer, The Poppy Family did'nt. Anyway another cool record from Terry Jacks & company.By the way these are supposedly different versions than the lp.

There are subtle differences between these and the LP versions.
Hey Ed. I found there are also two different pressings of the first London LP, one has just Susan on the front and the stock number PS 568, and the other has the four group members and the number PS 574. For some reason the LP leaves off a very neat b-side to Which Way You Goin' Billy which is a cover of Endless Sleep.
Oops, that last one was me, beccabear. And thanks for the great Canadian and NW sides!
Very West-Coast, Pop-Art & Experimental... When I get reincarnated, I'm gonna be Terry Melcher & merry The chick in The Poppy Family, OK?
