So this is not the "Louie Louie" Topics right? They were a Kearney Barton production out of Bremerton. They were a funky soul band. Your Topics had two albums and some other 45's. They had an album called "Living Evidence" on "Topic". I'm guessing they were Xian. I'm diggin' it!!!!
